In a given week, I could work on a website or a Flash piece or an interactive game. What I like about that is that there are always new challenges. I get to work on things that I am passionate about. We get to work on something new and different every day. The thrill and the challenge of selling those new ideas. A fun place to work and great clients. We take so many great minds and we put them together and, at the end, we get to put out something beautiful and wonderful for the world to play with. I have a lot of people I can trust and I can count on. I feel like I can bounce some ideas about better processes off of anybody in the company and they are willing to lend an ear. We have all sorts of different people and all different sorts of walks of life. Everybody has the same type of work space. Even the President and CEO sits in a space that is exactly like mine, except the cool thing is I have a better view. I am a working mom, and Bridge has been fantastic, providing me a lot of flexibility. It's providing education opportunities, it's providing development opportunities. Everybody really depends on one another to get them things. You know a lot of people when they talk about the Bridge culture, they point to things that are very visible like the dart wars or Rock Band concerts and Battle of the Bands and all of that is important and fun. And I like working here because, wait, what? We work hard together and we play hard together. We socialize, we have fun at work, we have fun outside of work. I'm never bored here. It's a great place to be and I'm glad I'm here. Why don't you come out and work with us at Bridge Worldwide?
